Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Our core promise: we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or saved search data to third parties or advertisers. Ever.

We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and we keep our practices simple.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: your email address, password hash, and chosen home state.
  • Workspace data: bookmarks, saved searches, alert preferences and webhook endpoints you configure.
  • Billing metadata: payments run through Stripe. We never see your card number; we store only your Stripe customer reference, plan, billing status and renewal date.
  • Technical and security logs: IP address, browser type and request timestamps, used to prevent abuse and unauthorised access.

Our procurement database indexes publicly disclosed government contract awards, including winning company names and ABNs published by agencies under statutory transparency laws. That is public business data, not your personal data.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • authenticate your login and apply your plan entitlements;
  • send transactional emails you asked for: saved-search digests, password resets, renewal reminders;
  • dispatch webhooks to the endpoints you explicitly configure;
  • keep the platform secure and prevent unauthorised scraping.

3. Who processes data for us

A small set of industry-standard providers operate the platform under contract with us: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments and subscriptions) and Vercel (hosting). They process data strictly to deliver those services.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use essential first-party cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember workspace preferences such as filters saved before you sign in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

5. Your control

You can update saved searches, alert channels and webhook endpoints any time in your workspace. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@rednet.com.au.

6. Contact
